I consider myself somewhat a connoiseur of coffee--recall the infamous T. S. Eliot quotation. So, it is difficult for me to make a quick judgement or comment on something as complex as this particular coffee bean. Let me say, I am impressed with it. You will not be disappointed. But, I will take my time, totally immerse myself in and enjoy my few pounds of this bean, and perhaps comment further down the road. But buy some, and try it!

Best of the best! We enjoy it tremendously. We mix it with another european espresso roasted coffee. We use 1 part 100% Torrefacto to 2 parts regular espresso bean and it is just out of this world. Just like the coffee we enjoyed in Spain.
