Our sweet white garlic is a customer favorite - mild, crunchy, with none of the spice of typical garlic. Here we offer them in a classic tapa of bell peppers, olives and capers, seasoned with fresh herbs from the countryside.
Chill this delicious 'ensalada' and serve in a cazuela next time you have guests over. We prefer to offer them alongside other delicious tapas like Marcona almonds and slices of Manchego cheese, with a good glass of Spanish wine at hand!
