Pasiega de Peña Pelada cheeses are made in the heart of verdant Cantabria, and every day milk is collected from farmers who graze their cattle on nearby green meadows. Formed into a wheel, the cheeses are smoked over smoldering natural beechwood. This young cow's milk cheese has a soft, meltingly rich texture you will love.
