Fermín cures some of the finest hams and sausages in Spain. This family company is based in the beautiful village of La Alberca, located literally at the top of a mountain, where fresh, cool breezes blow through their curing rooms. They offer the largest selection of cured meats available in the U.S., including Jamón Serrano and Jamón Ibérico, as well as a full line of sausages such as chorizo, salchichón, lomo and morcilla.
