We’ve included our favorite extra virgin olive oil by Señorío de Vizcántar. Selected by expert olive oil taster Fermín Rodriquez, this coupage is fruity and balanced with a buttery finish.  We’ve also chosen a light, dry sherry vinegar expertly aged in barrels by our friend Juan Carlos at his bodega, Gutierez Colosia, in the sherry town of El Puerto de Santa María.

Finally, we’ve added two small porrón cruets made of hand-blown glass, each topped with a cork. These are small versions of Spain’s famous porrón wine pitchers. These cruets hold about 4 oz each, plenty for serving oil and vinegar at her table.
