I like these little pans a lot. They're a convenient size, and I don't to worry about 'em being fragile. I'm lazy--I suggest you get your supplier to make the labels on the pans be an easier peel-off.

I first saw these mini Paella Pans at breakfast at the Chinchon Parador. I asked where I could purchase a set but the women at the breakfast rooms did not know. When I returned to the States and got on Tienda.com and saw them and I was so happy. They serve their purpose well as a serving dish and a conversation piece.
