Lomo is traditionally served sliced very thinly and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. It's fantastic on a tapa platter with Manchego cheese, chorizo or jamón slices. Lomo also makes a great bocadillo sandwich layered on a crusty roll.
Made from authentic Spanish Serrano pork loins, Fermín lomo Serrano is made from pigs raised and cured in the mountains of Spain. This extra large piece can feed a crowd, yielding up to 125 slices.
Pork loin, salt, pimento, garlic.

"We have this particular Lomo as a staple in our home. With a good knife it is possible to slice this very thin and it is a great as an easy tapa. Highly Recommended."

"well...i was a bit dissapointed. Not at all like what was pictured. Very dried out like a hard italian salami i sliced it very thin and served it with melon but i won't be buying this cut of meat again. i'll stick to serrano ham."

"Actually the best you can buy!"

"Quite good. A bit more cured would have been awesome. But overall good quality for the price. If I only was able to cut it as thin as need it."
