this is a very nice paprika, which I received as part of a trio of paprikas free with my order (thank you, La Tienda!) accustomed as I was to dusting dishes with a considerable amount of paprika, the hotness took me by surprise. be sparing. this is a lovely little paprika with a lot of bite.
