Note: This pan will not fit in a normal oven. We recommend ordering a paella burner and tripod, as well.
Our attractive 20 inch paella pan has a durable black enamel coating for easy maintenance. The broad surface of the pan heats evenly across the bottom, essential for a well prepared paella. This enameled pan will never rust and is much easier to clean than a traditional steel pan.
This large 20 inch pan can feed up 10 to 12 people. It is great for outdoor cooking, either on one of our propane paella grills or over charcoal.
‘Paella’ originally referred to this shape of pan, and eventually the famous Valencian rice dish adopted the name. To make a paella correctly, it is essential to use this style of pan.
Our paella pans are crafted by a family in Valencia with over 50 years of experience in producing the finest cookware for paella.
Serves 10-12 people. Avoid metal utensils to preserve the enameled finish. Clean with soapy water and a nylon brush, not recommended for use in dishwasher. Do not use harsh scrubbers such as steel wool which may damage the finish.

FAQ
FAQ
Does this paella pan fit in a standard oven?
No. This paella pan exceeds the dimensions of most standard ovens and is not suitable for oven use. It’s best used on a stovetop, grill or outdoor burner setup. If oven cooking is required, consider a smaller pan—typically 15 to 16 inches in diameter with low-profile handles—to ensure proper fit.
Where can I cook with this paella pan?
It’s ideal for stovetop cooking, outdoor grills, or open flame setups. These heat sources accommodate its size and allow for traditional paella preparation.
How should I clean this enameled pan?
Use soapy water and a nylon brush for gentle cleaning. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may damage the finish over time.
What should I avoid to preserve the enamel?
Avoid metal utensils and abrasive scrubbers such as steel wool, which can scratch or dull the enameled surface.
What if the enamel chips?
Chipping may occur with use, but it’s purely cosmetic. It does not affect the pan’s performance or cooking safety.
