This famed aged ham is dark red with rich, complex flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. From 100% Ibérico breed pork.
- Jamón Ibérico de Bellota (3 oz)
“De Bellota” means acorns and this rare, exquisite ham derives its unique flavor from the sweet acorns the free-range pigs indulge in while roaming the oak forests between Spain and Portugal. From 100% free-range Ibérico breed pork.
- Jamón Serrano Cured Ham
This emblematic ham is Spain's most popular and is central to a large variety of tapas and traditional Spanish recipes. Dry-cured for at least a year, it has a mild, saltiness and wonderfully hammy flavor.
- Cantimpalo Chorizo Sausage
This tender cured sausage is made with smoked paprika, garlic and sea salt and cured for over two months. It is famous across Spain for its distinct smoky flavor. All natural.
- Lomo Embuchado - Dry-cured Pork Loin (2 oz)
A whole pork loin is seasoned with smoked paprika, sea salt and garlic and hung to cure in the cool mountain air for three months. This lomo is beautifully marbled and delicious.
Jamon Serrano: Ham, sea salt, sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate. Jamon Iberico: Iberico pork, salt and seasoning (sugar, trisodium citrate, potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite). Jamon Iberico de Bellota: Iberico de Bellota pork, salt and seasoning (sugar, trisodium citrate, potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite). Lomo Embuchado: Pork, salt, seasoning (salt, sugar, trisodium citrate, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate), paprika, olive oil, garlic. Beef collagen casing. Chorizo Espanol: Pork, salt, corn dextrin, lactose, paprika, soy protein concentrate, sugar, garlic, paprika oleorresin, rosemary, sodium ascorbate, potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite. Potassium sorbate added to retard mold growth. Stuffed in beef collagen casing. Keep refrigerated.

"Wow, this delicious ham brought me back to Spain with the cheese, some cracked olives, a crusty baguette and of course a glass of Rioja. The Serrano was very good but the Iberico hams are incredible! Seems like a lot of money at first but the flavors are so concentrated that you only need a thin slice of each meat. This sampler lasted two of us for six tapas meals!"

"I ordered this for my family for Christmas eve. To say the least the platter turned out to be a major hit. Everyone loved it and couldnt stop talking about how great everything was. I recieved a intial email advising me that some items were backorderd and I would not be able to recieve my order in time.
