This is a fresh cheese with a short shelf life. Once you receive your shipment, please enjoy as soon as possible. There may be no more than two weeks left on the best-by date.
NOTE - MOLDY SURFACE: This artisan cheese is covered in harmless white and green surface mold. This is “penicillium camembertis” and is key to its flavor.
We do not recommend freezing cheese as it degrades the quality of the product.
