Bomba & Calasparra Paella Rice
Paella, arroz abanda and arroz con pollo are but a few of the classic rice dishes of Andalusia and Valencia. Our rice comes exclusively from the small town of Calasparra. Here the rice grows in cool mountain water in fields terraced by the Romans and Moors. The rice plants grow slowly, forming a grain that is hard and super-absorbent, perfect for paella and other famous rice dishes.
