Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to make it right.

How to Reach Us:

Contact our Customer Care team at support@tienda.com or 800-710-4304, Monday-Friday from 9am-8pm ET. We typically respond within one business day. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Return Guidelines:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email photos to support@tienda.com so we can improve our packaging. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. (Please note, your bank may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund.)
  • Customer Errors: If you ordered the wrong item, you may return it at your expense. We will send a replacement, billing you for shipping and any price increase or refunding you the difference if the replacement costs less.
  • Gift Returns: Gift recipients will receive refunds in the form of an eGift card.
  • In-Store Purchases: Items purchased at our Williamsburg retail store may only be returned at that location.
