Green Packaging

Like you, we at La Tienda care about our impact on the environment, and we do everything we can to fulfill our orders in the most environmentally responsible way.

Packing Materials - We use absolutely no Styrofoam packing peanuts. Instead we use a recyclable bubble wrap that avoids the annoying cleanup of Styrofoam peanuts. All of our cardboard boxes are curbside recyclable.

Recyclable Perishable Packaging - For most perishable orders, we use 100% recycled insulation made from recycled plastic bottles. These can be added to curbside recycling bins.

Commitment to Recycling - We have a strong program of recycling at our warehouse in Virginia that recycles tons of cardboard and paper every year.
