Preparation

STEP 1

Cut the Medjool date down middle, remove pit and stem. Stuff the date with a small piece of baby Manchego cheese.

STEP 2

Cut bacon strips in half. Wrap stuffed date in half strip of bacon and spear with a toothpick. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 mins until bacon is cooked to your preference.
