The rustic olive wood board is approximately 15 inches long by 7 inches wide. The board is cut and cured in Córdoba and has a rustic bark edge. Each one is unique in size and shape and will vary from the photo.
The included Spanish foods are simple to serve with minimal prep. Included in the tapas sampler are: Rustic Olive Wood Board - approximately 15 inches long, Galician bread - 2 loaves, 0.6 lbs each, Sliced Serrano Ham - 6 oz, Wood-fire Roasted Piquillo Pepper Strips - 8 oz, Anchovy Stuffed Olives – 5.29 oz, Smoked Idiazábal Basque Cheese – 10 oz, Pickled Guindilla Peppers – 10.5 oz.
Note: the olive wood board will vary from the photo in shape and appearance. Boards include natural bark and may have natural indentations and knots.

Galician bread: Wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, ascorbic acid (natural anti-oxidant).
Serrano ham: Pork, Mediterranean sea salt.
Anchovy stuffed olives: Green Manzanilla olives, water, anchovy paste 6% (anchovies, water, sodium alginate (a stabilizer)), salt, citric acid (an acidulant), ascorbic acid (an antioxidant). Pasteurized.
Piquillo peppers: Piquillo peppers, salt and citric acid as acidulant.
Idiazábal Cheese: Raw sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, lysosome from egg. Contains MILK, EGG.
Guindilla peppers: Guindilla peppers, wine vinegar, salt, citric acid as acidulant and ascorbic acid as antioxidant.
