Pochas frescas are special little white beans native to Navarra. Prepared fresh just after they are harvested from the fields, they are rich and creamy with a tender bite. These pochas are ready to serve, we love them sprinkled on salads or as a star ingredient of stews and soups.

Pochas are harvested extra early to capture their peak tenderness. Because they are prepared fresh and never dried, they have a delicate texture you will love.

Pochas frescas are picked in the fields near El Navarrico, an artisan family-owned company that specializes in excellent vegetables. The beans are never dried, but cooked fresh from the fields.
