This 18 inch pan fit perfectly on top of my 22 inch WEBER Grill. The grill can be covered in the last few minutes of cooking so the rice can absorb the liquids, and also absorb the aromas of the hardwoods charcoal. Received plenty of complements with my Paella!! This pan will be an "heirloom."
