Elevate your fresh greens with this exceptional extra virgin olive oil and sherry vinegar combination. Señorío de Vizcántar is our top selling oil, a beautifully balanced coupage full of fresh olive flavor. It is perfectly matched with our boutique Colosia sherry vinegar, a bright barrel aged vinegar from El Puerto de Santa Maria.

Señorío de Vizcántar is our favorite olive oil, personally selected by our friend Fermín, an official taster for his region. It bears the quality seal of D. O. Priego de Córdoba. This 17 ounce bottle holds an artful blend of the oil of picual, hojiblanca & picudo olives. It has a full fruity flavor with a peppery finish, and is great for salads, sauteed vegetables or simply served with fresh crusty bread.

Accompanying the olive oil is Gutierrez Colosia aged sherry vinegar. Made from Palomino grapes in El Puerto de Santa Maria, it is aged in oak barrels in the famed Solera system, creating a vibrant and deliciously balanced taste. Its bright zesty flavor is perfect for salads and vinaigrette dressings and it will add depth to your homemade soups and stews.

These are exceptional examples of ancient Spanish traditions, simple pure products that are healthy and wonderfully flavorful. Order this extra virgin olive oil and sherry vinegar set for your home or introduce them to friends and family.

"This oil and vinegar set arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We enjoyed these flavors on our trip to Spain and are delighted to find a source for them stateside. The grapes from Spain have a bit of a brash flavor, and they are well suited to making complex aged vinegars and of course sherry wines. I plan to fill my cruets with these and use them to dress my spring salads - delectable!"
