This rich delicious sausage is a central part of Puerto Rican cuisine. This tasty black sausage is stuffed with rice and flavored with garlic, onion, recao (culantro) and mild spices. We love to sizzle slices on the grill or sauté pieces in a cast iron skillet until crispy.

This morcilla is made with beef blood following a traditional recipe. Don't be put off by the appearance, the flavor is fantastic! Our partners at Mr. Tango are masters at creating authentic, top quality sausages in their U.S. sausage house.

Once you receive your morcilla you can refrigerate for up to a week or store in the freezer for up to two months. Thaw before cooking.
