Sizzled on the grill or cooked in an iron skillet, this rich morcilla is a wonderful combination of flavors. Both savory and a little sweet, it is flavored with raisins, onions and walnuts. From an old Argentinian recipe, this is the most authentic morcilla dulce we have ever tried.
Morcilla dulce is a blood sausage with an intense color and rich flavor. One of our favorite ways to cook it is to grill slices over a hot fire. The contrast of the hot crispy outside and rich, warm interior is amazing.
Typically it is served hot with potatoes or rice and a bottle of great Argentinian wine. Experience the authentic morcilla dulce of Argentina!
This tasty sausage is made in the U.S. from an authentic recipe. Refrigerate this sausage for up to a week or freeze for up to two months. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
