Brazil is famous for churrasco grilled meats, and delicious linguiça sausages are a favorite. Linguiça is a fresh sausage seasoned with garlic and mild pepper packed in a thin "fina" natural casing. The result is a juicy, flavorful sausage with a delightfully crisp bite.
Each package holds two long sausages curled into a pinwheel. Each can be grilled or cooked in a cast iron skillet until sizzling hot, then served cut into on inch pieces. You can also skewer the whole Linguiça pinwheel, grill until sizzling hot and then pass it around churasco-style, for each person at the table to cut off as much as they would like.
Our linguiça fina is made in the U.S. following a Brazilian recipe. The natural casing gives an authentic bite to this classic sausage.
