Ibérico ham is the most prized in the world, and with good reason. Our sliced Jamón Ibérico is made from pasture-raised Ibérico pork aged for two years in the mountains of Spain. Serve on a warm plate with good bread and your favorite fine wine.
We also include sliced acorn-fed Ibérico de Bellota Lomo pork loin. Made from pasture-raised Ibérico pigs, these tender slices have a nutty, rich flavor with a smoky finish.
Finally, we have an Ibérico longaniza chorizo sausage seasoned with garlic and smoked paprika, for a savory meat that is perfect with a glass of dry red wine.
