Chicken Croquetas by José Andrés Foods (for Oven)

Croquetas are a celebrated tapa across Spain. With a crisp breadcrumb exterior and creamy inside, croquetas are one of Spain’s favorite comfort foods. This roasted chicken version is delectable.

Meat croquetas can't be imported from Spain because of strict regulations. José Andrés partnered with a Spanish chef in the U.S. to prepare their beloved croquetas at a USDA inspected kitchen with fresh ingredients like chicken, butter and cream. Following a classic recipe, their croquetas are as good as any we have tried in Spain.

Your croquetas will be shipped frozen. They can be baked in the oven, toaster oven or air fryer.

Cooking Instructions:
Oven
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place frozen croquetas on a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 7-9 minutes and broil for another 2 minutes.
 
Air Fryer
1. Set air fryer to 400°F.
2. Place frozen croquetas in air fryer.
3. Cook for 6-8 minutes (or until internal temperature of 165°F is reached.)
