This ceramic spoon rest was painted by hand in La Rambla, a village near Córdoba famed for its ceramics tradition. We visited the workshop and saw artisans painting each line and dash, adding their own touch to the classic design. The background is a bone color with an elegant green pattern inspired by ancient Granada designs.

For centuries the village of La Rambla gained fame for its quality ceramics.
