Tarongina makes each batch of candied orange peels by hand from fresh Valencian oranges and sugar, that's all! These sweet, tangy, slightly bitter candies pack all of the flavor of Valencian oranges into each bite. They've become a favorite treat of ours.

Tarongina was founded just a few years ago to celebrate the culture of the orange in Valencia. It all started when Claudia Bosi happened to wander by an orange grove in Gandia and noticed all of the oranges just falling from the trees, they were everywhere! This inspired her to found a confectionery where the famous oranges could be celebrated by innovative products and displays about the history and culture of the oranges that are so important to the region.

Her mission is to make simple artisan products from sustainable resources. These candied orange peels are made by poaching thin strips of peels in sugar syrup and then sprinkling them with more sugar. The result is all natural with no preservatives, just the pure flavor shining through.
