Premium aged beef is an obsession in northern Spain. While importing Spanish beef is not allowed, we have partnered with a ranch in Texas to deliver the next best thing. This large 3.5 lb piece is boneless and ready to be cut into steaks as thick as you like. Grill rare over hot charcoal and get ready for an amazingly tender, intensely flavorful steak experience.
We work with a family-owned ranch in Texas to offer this premium Spanish-style steak, pasture-raised and beautifully marbled. This top-quality Angus steak is juicy and tender with a naturally buttery flavor. Grass-fed on wide open grassland, the beef is grain-finished to mellow the herbal flavors for a truly delectable steak. No antibiotics or growth hormones are ever used.
This piece is hand-cut on the ranch to our specifications and comes from the ribeye portion. It is then vacuum sealed and shipped directly to your door. The beef will arrive frozen in a burlap Wellborn 2R Ranch bag with an information sheet. Thaw in the refrigerator before cutting, and bring to room temperature before grilling.
