Love these pans . I bought a red set in 2012 still works great! Bought a blue set a few months ago as a Christmas gift for my daughter.

This is a well-made set of pans, and it worked great for making Receta de Tortilla Espanola, from the recipe on the La Tienda website. I also used it to make a large hash brown, of sorts, with grated potatoes and grated celeriac. I enjoy being able to flip the dish over without using an inverted plate that often results in hot oil dripping down onto my arm that's holding the plate. This method is a lot easier, and safer to boot.
