Aged for 14 months, Ilbesa’s DM sheep’s milk cheese is similar in flavor profile to Manchego or Zamorano, with a rich and nutty flavor. Complement the intense taste with a glass of Spanish red wine, olives and crusty bread. It also pairs well with grilled meats, salads and omelets.
