For years we have searched for an authentic cracker for serving tapas or scooping our favorite soft cheese. Our requirements: a truly artisan cracker that is crunchy and flavorful, both not too hard but firm enough to stay solid under the tastiest tapas. And finally we found it!
These crunchy crackers are formed by hand individually, full of indentations and undulations. They are just the right size to hold a slice of chorizo or an anchovy fillet. And the magical recipe of olive oil and wheat flour keeps them crunchy for hours, even when they are supporting the creamiest of canapes or montaditos.
Our friends produce these traditional crackers, sometimes called 'regañas,' by hand in Valencia. At the same time the facilities are spotless and modern, and each batch is sealed in plastic for freshness.

Wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, sea salt, rye flour, ascorbic acid (a flour treatment agent), calcium carbonate (an anti-caking agent), soy lecithin (an emulsifier) and rye malt flour.
