Palacios chorizo is made using a generations-old recipe in the famous wine region of La Rioja. Using only pork, paprika, salt and garlic, this finest quality chorizo is all natural, with no nitrates or other preservatives.
Palacios was the first authentic Spanish chorizo imported to the United States, and was featured in The New York Times as well as Wine Spectator magazine.
The chorizos are fully dry-cured and ready to eat with your favorite cheese and wine, or just a chunk of crusty bread. No refrigeration required.
