Salsa Brava is a blend of extra virgin olive oil, piquillo peppers, garlic and spicy smoked paprika. It’s essential for the classic tapa, patatas bravas, but is also versatile in the kitchen. It makes a gorgeous marinade for flank steak, or a tongue-tickling addition to salad dressings. We like to serve it with grilled fish or scallops, along with grilled bread.
