Medium Grill System for Paella - Burner Not Included

It's easy to make a perfect paella with our exclusive new grill system. Paella was created as an outdoor dish cooked over open flames, and today, remains the most enjoyable way to prepare this famous dish. This grill system offers three ways to cook over open fire.

First, you can prepare your paella over a propane burner to give you full control of heat leaves and an easy, clean set-up. The burner, hose and regular are not included with the purchase of this system but if you already own one of our medium paella burners (product codes PB-06B or PB-01A), it can be used with this grill!

Second, you can cook more traditionally over 'leña' or hardwood, which imparts a smoky flavor to your paella. Note: avoid adding too much wood, which can overheat the grill and damage the paint.

Finally, you can cook over charcoal, which also adds that great grilled flavor. The system even comes with a removable grill for preparing chorizo, morcilla and other grilled favorites! Note: avoid adding too much charcoal, which can overheat the grill and damage the paint. Use no more than 6 quarts of charcoal, about 100 briquets, and keep them towards the center of the grill.

The sturdy metal frame of this paella grill system has 6" tall edges to block the wind. It can be assembled easily in minutes with no tools. The full height of the grill system is 28 3/4" and the diameter is 19". This grill can be used with paella pans up to 20" in diameter.

Can I use this with my medium paella burner?

Yes, it pairs perfectly with our medium burners (PB-06B or PB-01A). The burner, hose and regulator are not included with the grill system.

What are the cooking options with this grill?

You can cook over propane for control and convenience, hardwood for authentic smoky flavor or charcoal for traditional grilling. Use moderate amounts of fuel to prevent overheating and protect the finish. It includes a removable grill and fits pans up to 20 inches in diameter.

How is the grill constructed and assembled?

The grill stands 28.75 inches tall and 19 inches wide. Its sturdy metal frame features six-inch wind-blocking sides. Assembly takes just minutes without any tools.

Is the grill safe for indoor use or compatible with natural gas?

No, this system is for outdoor use only. It must be connected to a standard propane tank and is not compatible with natural gas hookups.
