Ibérico de Bellota ham is made from only pasture raised Ibérico pigs that wander the countryside of Spain feasting on grasses and piles of sweet acorns. The hams are aged for up to two years with just salt and air. This is truly a masterpiece; you will delight in every bite.
Montaraz is part of the DOP Extremadura, and a special board of quality supervises each step of the curing process to ensure the highest quality.
Since 1890, Montaraz has aged fine Ibérico hams in western Spain. Four generations of family expertise goes into the curing of every jamón.
