Sangría Pitcher - Colorful 'Flor' Design

This cheerful sangría pitcher is perfect for tapas parties and patio fiestas. Each one is hand-painted in our special Flor design that you won't find anywhere else.

The pinched spout on this pitcher helps the wine flow freely and keeps the fruit inside. This generous pitcher holds ten cups of sangria.

We work with a small ceramics studio in El Puente del Arzobispo run by our friend, Belén de la Cal. Her small team of artisans continue a ceramics tradition that goes back centuries. Each dot and dash on these sangria pitchers is painted by hand with no silkscreen or digital assistance. We are proud to support her in preserving this ancient Spanish tradition.

TRADITIONAL SANGRÍA (Four Servings)

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle of Reál Sangría mix or Spanish red wine
• 1/4 cup of orange juice
• 1/4 cup of orange liqueur (optional), such as Gran Marnier or Cointreau
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 1 cup of chilled soda water
• Sliced apples, oranges, limes and whatever fruit you enjoy
• Ice

Instructions:

Combine the wine with the orange juice, liqueur and fruit. Refrigerate for at least an hour, ideally overnight. Add chilled soda water and a small amount of ice right before serving.

What’s the best way to clean this pitcher?

Handwashing is recommended to preserve the glaze and minimize wear over time. Use warm, sudsy water and a soft brush or sponge to gently remove any food residue. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, which may dull the finish.
