A few words about this item from chef José Andrés:
If I had to choose one flavor from the ocean, it would surely be that of sea urchin. The rich intensity from this roe elevates any dish from ordinary to extraordinary. Collected by divers and naturally prepared, only the best samples are selected and packed for this unique product. Spooned on buttered bread, stirred into scrambled eggs, or served with a juicy steak for a new take on surf and turf, the options are endless. Bring the ocean to your kitchen. Nice and easy!
Sea urchin caviar (shellfish), water and salt. Caution: even after careful inspection, shell fragments may be present and should be removed before using.

"Friends await this little caviar - we all drool in anticipation."
Marianne - Valley Village, CA - Mar 19, 2017
"Just thought I'd try it. I had an appetizer in mind that uses caviar but I didn't care for it. I used the smoked tuna instead. I think it's quite different from caviar from a fish"
Dziadziu - Woodbridge - Nov 12, 2016
"My wife & I mixed this with fidelia de fumet de pescado and it was terrific. We also had gotten an order of the fresh percebes which we mixed in (after cooking & shelling) and all I can say is WOW, WOW, & WOW!"
