Picos are the great tapas breadsticks of Spain and come in special shapes to best enjoy with different Spanish dishes. Rosquillas breadsticks are formed into pointed rings - the perfect shape for enjoying tapenades and dips. Firm and crunchy, they are ideal for scooping olive pate or creamy cheeses. Our picos are made with extra virgin olive oil.
Rosquillas picos are a favorite across Spain, from the elegant restaurants of Madrid to the rustic roadside ventas of Andalucía. Simple and delicious, these breadsticks are a great crunchy snack. We like to serve them with a plate of thin slices of jamón and Manchego cheese – they are broad enough to be enjoyed like a cracker.
Wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, extra virgin olive oil, diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides as emulsifiers, calcium carbonate as an anti-caking agent, soy lecithin as an emulsifier and ascorbic acid as an antioxidant.

"No different than Italian breadsticks which are less expensive; which means there was nothing to make these a standout."

"These are great with wine. They are like Italian taralli, but we think the Rosquillas are better. Also good with Spritz Aperol cocktails!"
