This professional carving set contains everything you need to successfully enjoy your ham, whether it is a classic Serrano or the finest Jamón Ibérico de Bellota.
The first knife you will need is a large, sturdy knife for cutting away the outer skin and fat to expose the area you will slice. Second, there is the long, flexible knife for cutting thin delectable slices. Finally there is a short, agile knife used to cut around bones and hard to reach areas. We also include a diamond surfaced sharpening steel which you should use before each carving session to keep the knives razor sharp.
The entire set is enclosed in a durable zippered canvas carrying case for storage and portability.
