Wild golden thistle is the secret. This special plant grows in the countryside and is harvested each spring. Popular since Roman times, it adds a creamy texture to the pâté.
Juan Antonio and Isabella Cantizano make this pâté near their small farm in the heart of Cádiz, in southern Spain. Using all natural ingredients, including extra virgin olive oil, they are focused on top quality artisan vegetables and pâtés.
