Ibérico ham meets the potato chip – a match made in heaven! Premium Spanish potatoes are sliced extra thin and stirred by hand in a fryer to ensure the finest quality. The Jamón Ibérico flavor is rich and delicious, perfectly paired with the satisfying crunch of the potato chips.
Torres Ibérico ham potato chips are a nice match to a dry sherry or sparkling cava. Serve them as an accompaniment to a grilled meat or a bocadillo sandwich.
Manuel Torres and his wife Ángeles Medel started a potato chip stand in Premià de Mar in 1969; the company has since grown to become the renowned family business it is today. At its heart is a passion for using quality raw materials and caring for and respecting crops and sustainable development.
The finest potatoes are purchased from local farmers on the Iberian Peninsula with whom the company has worked with for over 35 years. With the best raw materials, a meticulous process begins in which know-how and tradition inform each part of the process of creating a truly gourmet potato chip. From harvesting through peeling, cutting, drying, salting and frying, these potato chips are differentiated by the old fashioned, handcrafted process that makes them so exceptional.

"The chip doesn't taste like the flesh of the Iberico as it does the fat of a mid-priced prozzute. And I do love that category of smoked ham fat. Very delicious potato chips: lots of ham fat flavor; salty, but not caustic; and a nice subtle sheen of grease is infused into the chips - nice touch. They would probably go very well with an ice cold Heineken."
