This exquisite ham is a stunning centerpiece for parties and family gatherings. Thin slices served on a platter pair well with a fine sparkling cava or crisp sherry. Serve on a warm plate alongside toasted Marcona almonds and a bowl of Arbequina olives.

Jamón Ibérico de Bellota is an exceptional cured ham, infused with a sweet, nutty flavor. The hams come from 100% pure-bred Ibérico pigs, a breed only found in Spain. To earn the premium 'bellota' status, these animals experience a life wandering the forested countryside of western Spain, called the 'dehesa.' In the fall they feast on sweet, antioxidant rich acorns, literally translated as 'bellotas,' consuming up to 20 pounds of acorns a day. These acorns add a deep nutty flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture that are the signature of Ibérico de Bellota ham.

Each Cinco Jotas jamón is aged for up to four years, losing nearly half of its weight as the acorn flavored fat melts away. The resulting ham is deep red, marbled with golden fat. Serve thin slices on a warm plate with a glass of fine wine.

Inside this deluxe gift box, your bone-in Cinco Jotas jamón is packed in a zippered cloth case. A forged Zwilling jamón carving knife is included, long and flexible for cutting the perfect slices. Also included is a half piece of Lomo Ibérico de Bellota, a whole cured pork loin made from the same exceptional pork. Serve thin slices next to the jamón to compare their distinct flavors.
