Fuet is one of our favorite Spanish sausages, with a full flavor and just a hint of spiciness from ground black pepper. Cured to perfection with no added nitrates, it is ready to slice and serve with fresh bread or added to a tapas platter.
Fuet is a slender all pork sausage originating in Cataluña. Because it has no smoked paprika, it has a mild flavor that appeals to everyone. Our fuet is made using pork and Spanish spices, but never any antibiotics or nitrates.
The Pyrenees mountain towns of Osuna and Vic are especially known for excellent examples of these sausages. Fuet is dry-cured, like salami. Our fuet is made by a Spanish curing company located in the U.S.
