The rustic olive wood board is approximately 20 inches long, big enough for a party but reasonable enough to be carried out to the patio. The board is handmade in Córdoba and has a rustic bark edge. It is seasoned with food-safe mineral oil.
The Spanish foods are easy to serve with minimal prep. Included are thinly sliced Serrano and Ibérico ham, fire roasted piquillo peppers, Palacios chorizo bites, olive oil roasted Marcona almonds, a sampler of four Spanish cheese wedges, mixed olives in an herb marinade, handmade crackers and a delicious sweet onion confit.
Sizes for the items included in this collection are as follows: Tasting Board - approximately 20 inches long, Serrano Ham - 6 oz, Iberico Ham - 3 oz, Piquillo Peppers - 7 oz, Chorizo Bites - 5.25 oz, Marcona Almonds - 5.6 oz, Cheese Sampler - 14 oz, Mixed Olives - 5.3 oz, Crackers - 8.8 oz and Sweet Onion Confit - 7 oz.

Crackers: Wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, sea salt, rye flour, ascorbic acid (a flour treatment agent), calcium carbonate (an anti-caking agent), soy lecithin (an emulsifier) and rye malt flour. Contains: Wheat, rye and soy and may contain traces of dry fruit and beans.
Cheese sampler: Manchego: Raw sheep's milk, salt, rennet and lactic ferments; Mahón: Pasteurized cow's milk, salt, rennet and lactic ferments; Ibérico: Pasteurized cow's milk, pasteurized sheep's milk, pasteurized goat's milk, salt, rennet and lactic ferments; Smoked Idiazábal: Raw sheep's milk, salt, rennet and lactic ferments.
Chorizo bites: Pork meat, paprika, salt and garlic. With collagen casing.
Serrano ham: Pork, Mediterranean sea salt.
Iberico ham: Cebo de Campo Ibérico pork and salt.
Marcona almonds: Blanched Marcona almonds, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Mixed olives: Arbequina olives with pits (33%), Aragón olives with pits (33%), green olives with pits (33%), water, salt, garlic, oregano, bay leaf, citric acid (acidulant), ascorbic acid (antioxidant).
Piquilo peppers: Piquillo peppers, salt and citric acid as acidulant.
Sweet onion confit: Onion, sugar, Pedro Ximenez sherry and olive oil.
