These particular bonbons, made with 56% dark chocolate and extra virgin olive oil, have a tiny cocoa nib within their hard shell. The little crunch inside is a welcome surprise amidst the pure chocolate flavor. Each bonbon is just one bite, but full of powerful flavor that lingers in your mouth.
