This tasty collection includes:
Tetilla - A buttery cow's milk cheese with a bright, rich flavor. Great melted on a canapé. Aged 60 days in Galicia, 1.1 pounds.
Manchego Cheese Sampler - Dehesa de Los Llanos is regarded as Spain's finest Manchego, and here we offer this special cheese at three different ages - young and mild 3 month aged wedge, a Curado 6 month aged wedge, and a firm, sharp Gran Reserva 9 month aged wedge. Made with raw sheep's milk, three 7.9 oz wedges.
Valdeon - Rich blue cheese with a bit of a bite from a small, family-owned cheese maker in Leon. Cave aged, made with cow and goat milks, 1.1 pounds.
Smoked Paprika Infused Cheese - This medium intensity cheese is balanced with the deep smokiness of pimentón de La Vera, Spain's smoked paprika. Made of raw sheep's and goat's milk. Aged 6 months in La Mancha, 1.1 pounds.
Aged Sheep's Milk Cheese - Tempt your senses with this full-flavored sheep’s milk cheese boasting a deep milky aroma, firm texture and intense, nutty taste. Aged for over a year, it has a full flavor yet a creamier consistency than most aged cheeses, 8.8 oz wedge.

Manchego Sampler: Manchego: Sheep milk cheese, rennet, lactic ferments and salt. Sheep's Milk Cheese with Rosemary: Raw sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, egg lysozyme and rosemary. Sheep and Goat's Milk Cheese with Red Wine: Raw goat and sheep milks, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, egg lysozyme and red wine.
Valdeon: Cultured pasteurized cow and goat milk, cheese cultures, stabilizer (calcium chloride), rennet and salt.
Paprika Infused Cheese: Raw goat and sheep milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, egg lysozyme and paprika.
Aged Sheep’s Milk Cheese: Raw Sheep's milk, salt, rennet and dairy ferments.
