Chef Senén González started Sagartoki restaurant in the Basque Country so that he could create the very best pintxos and tapas. He won the award for the Best Tapa in Spain twice, and his tortilla española was named the best in the country. Now he shares his exceptional croquetas for you to enjoy at home.
UHT whole cow's milk, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, bovine gelatin, dextrose, breadcrumbs (corn starch, rice flour, yeast, invert sugar syrup, sugar, stabilizers E464 and E450i and raising agent E500ii), potato starch, skimmed milk powder, truffle (1%) (Tuber aestivum vitt and Tuber indicum), mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), black olives, salt, thickeners E415 and E461, preservative E200, emulsifiers E451i, E412 and E471 and anti-foam agent E900.
