These little jewels are the best artichoke hearts in the world! These small artichokes are tender and delicate, perfect for salads or served drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
Because they are harvested small and hand-peeled there are no chewy leaves to contend with. They taste as if you have just finished peeling a fresh artichoke and are about to enjoy the most delicious part, the heart.
The fertile valleys of Navarra are exclusively planted with the "Blanca de Navarra" variety. This type of artichoke is very tender and has no downy "choke", so it is perfect for preserving.
The harvest of artichokes this small are limited, so we sell out every year of this wonderful delicacy.
25-44 hearts per jar.
Artichoke hearts, water, salt and citric acid as antioxidant.
