Pedro Ximinez grapes are dried in the sun to concentrate their sugars and flavors.
This sherry has a deep dark color and a lingering sweet finish with flavors of figs, dates, molasses and coffee. Drink it on its own or pair it with blue cheese and Marcona almonds. You could even pour it over a bowl of vanilla ice cream.

The Osborne winery is a centuries old family business known around the world for their sherries. Osborne's wineries in Puerto de Santa Maria were designed specifically for sherry production. The buildings face South and Southwest to catch the sea breeze. They also feature high ceilings to allow the fresh sea air to circulate.
