Osborne Manzanilla is the lightest of the Osborne sherries. It is young and very delicate wine with notes of citrus, roasted nuts and a hint of brine. Serve it chilled with hors d'oeuvres or tapas, spicy chicken or shellfish.

Manzanilla sherries are usually aged in bodegas near the sea and they take on a sharp and salty tang. They are pale in color and fairly dry in taste.

Osborne's sherry casks are made of American oak that allows the wine to "breathe" through the wood's pores. Casks are never filled to the brim and the top is never fully sealed. The air that seeps in guarantees some oxidation - a key to making sherry wine.
