ABOUT THE PRODUCER:
Located in Labastida's Jewish Quarter (Rioja Alavesa), its facilities consist of four houses, two of which are among the oldest in the town. Underneath these houses is a curious network of caves that dates back to 1200. These caves are ideally suited for storing young wines (in concrete tanks) and aging vintage wines, since there are no temperature changes or noise, and the degree of humidity remains constant all year long.
